Project Description

The Jade of Palms project was a comprehensive endeavor, requiring careful planning, innovative design, and a keen sense of aesthetics. Packed within a five-story structure, we delivered a cohesive interior and exterior design for 15 apartments, each styled to exude warmth, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

The unit mix included six one-bedroom and nine two-bedroom apartments, each thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and functionality. The ground floor houses a welcoming lobby and a vibrant recreation room, fostering a sense of community amongst the residents.

The project centerpiece is the 5th-floor terrace, offering panoramic views of the cityscape.

Challenges and Solutions

Construction kicked off in December 2019. We encountered many challenges from production, delivery, supply, and controllability on the project due to the pandemic.

Throughout the project, collaboration was key. Working closely with the construction team, we successfully accommodated their schedule and budget, ensuring the project was completed to our mutual satisfaction.
